These wool hats are knit with wool from Bethany and Danielle’s home flocks. The fiber was cleaned, spun into yarn and knit by our friends at Round Barn Fiber Mill in Durand, Illinois. The leather Ramsey logo patch was made from local deerskin tanned by us and engraved by S&K Wood and Glass in Belleville, Wisconsin.
This product is a great example of the Fibershed movement that began in California and has been adopted all over the U.S. Driftless Tannery is a founding member of our local Heartland Threads Fibershed.
