This premium bark-tanned sheepskin will make a beautiful legacy textile in your home. Hansel measures 49 × 32” with 4” of dense fiber. There are a few holes in the leather which are not noticeable through the fiber. The oil staining on the back is typical for an older wether (male) as they tend to be a bit more fatty. Because of the density of fiber there are some remnants of his life on pasture buried deep within in the form of vegetative matter. This sheepskin gives a great cushion and would be a wonderful camping companion or bench cover.

This sheepskin is being sold on consignment for a local Shepherdess at Dancing Sun Gardens. Frieda describes her farm like this: “All the energy we need on this earth is from the sun - the heat, the light, the wind, the water cycles. Farming is a dance with that energy.
